Milk is the cure. Lactose is less of a poison. If you can tolerate it, you have an easy way out. The thing even hints at you where you should be looking for your relief.

Normally when I eat this, I eat them with milk. I would have houses half of them if I had milk 🀣🀣

I know, they are designed to be dunked. But just drink the whole jug of milk instead of the biscuits and you will lose your hunger and not get the toxic sugars.

At least they're still made with butter rather than partially hydrogenated seed oils.
