I have been doing the same since I joined Nostr a year ago, mostly not engaging in much as I am decreasing my use of social media. But here is by far healthier for your soul and being. There are still pros to the bird, sadly, but that comes with the number of users. The speed at which you can get news there is incredible (the question for me has been, do I really need news in my life this fast?).

NOSTR for the win. I’ve learned way more here, and it has helped me delete 99.9% of all my legacy social media posts as I grow in disillusionment with centralization and start understanding more about what the internet should have been. Thank you for building awesome stuff, really inspiring.
