NSA would be sucking donkeys ass if they wouldn’t be able to honeypot a relay to detect connection somehow, to track down.
Then again, the likes of nostr:npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9 are known to fake and pretend more than having the ability to actually do, but that’s not the discussion.
