Thanks, is tough but she will be ok. I've done a good bulk shop so I have lots to eat, no worries there. Just a lack of variety.

If you need an idea of something cheap you can get that'll feed you a long while, they sell 25lb tubs of lentils on amazon (look up https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BP4GSQMP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) for example. they are quite delicious.
