Lie down often enough on this one and you not need to lie down on a surgeon's table ð

I was 15 at the time and have a spinal bone issue called Scheuermann's Disease. I have not let it hold me back at all though as I've been a competitive athlete my whole life.
I had to have physio monthly but since eating meat and eggs only, I have only seen him once.
Yoh. I just searched for that. It's a hectic issue to have. What did the surgery's intention? to file away the bone that had abnormally grown? Does your meat and egg diet mean that you don't experience any pain any longer or that you can manage the pain without seeing a physio?
No they just did a discectomy removing most of the damaged disc and sort of rebuilding another damaged one. They don't touch the bone.
The carnivore diet removes inflammation in your body and therefore most of the pain, which is mostly sciatica nerve pain down the legs. It also gives me more physical flexibility plus the energy to be able to lift heavy weights daily now. This is what helps me stay stronger and pain free.
I think I understand more now. The procedure you went under removed some of the abnormal growth around the disc and rebuilding another. Inflamation from a modern diet causes restriction on your nerves and you mainly used to experience sciatica but with lifting weights to strengthen muscles and a carnivore diet you're getting stronger and are pain free now.
