I don’t think so. I think you’d need to use a centralized database to keep track of the scores.

Create a NIP for it and see if other people find it useful. I'm using NIP101-e and querying 1301 notes for my leaderboard.

Every time somebody finishes a round, you could have them create a 1301 event. Then tell Cursor to query 1301 flappy Nostr notes to create a leaderboard. The 1301 note published to Nostr could contain the client tag, publish of the user, how far they made it in the game. I'm putting the finishing touches on a pay to play leaderboard. "Hey Claude Query all 1301 running notes from the paid participant list to create a leaderboard. Make sure you put in filters for duplicate posts and unrealistic results. If you fail you go to jail."
That would allow people to easily cheat though nostr:nevent1qqsf3nlu9c6hlucmfl4jg9rtpcmcp76d6p67zhrrn9d5pydrqlws98gzypsya9hqnxfk5yzgsw2ckpqtganjurcy3jv2c7flxll7f3eqy70tyqcyqqqqqqgxdc92j
