I flashed Linux Mint onto a Microsoft Surface Go.

It worked for a couple of weeks then crashed and now i get the SGX disabled by BIOS error after Grub goes to the linux mint splash screen for a few seconds but then I get the error.

Cannot boot again from USB.

Any advice appreciated.
