I think motivation and discipline are larger barriers to health than money.
US public health policy gonna need to do better than drink less beer
Cutting back on how much we support pharmacy and health insurance companies, and trimming military spending would do wonders, and give us more flexibility to provide support for Americans (I.e. less taxation, smarter spending, drawing down deficit, etc)
TL;DR Stop subsidizing and bailing out billionaires
