It’s a proxy that auto serve wayback machine sites with a best effort to render and restore things that are normally broken on web such as visitor counts.
You can even emulate the 56k connection speeds depending on what port you setup as a proxy.
FTP works. There is a directory with the curated sites. Search engines also work.
