Thanks, I looked it up. It's interesting stuff, beyond my scope of understanding a lot of it. I didn't realise reports may show up as likes on some clients. Which is slightly concerning.

yeah... vitor is not taking it well
He does tend to get his back up a bit, but eventually seems to listen to reason lol.
It's obviously counterproductive. Now I know this I am less likely to report anything ESPECIALLY very seriously bad posts.
yeah, he's not considering his market at all IMO, just like you, gonna make people just that bit more skeptical towards the app
also just to clarify, the reaction is additional to the 1984 report event, it is of a vomiting emoji iirc, but many clients don't distinguish between them and they all count as likes
i've suggested the idea that a sign value should be added to the tag event and in the interfaces implement it as a +/- button that optionally might add an emoji... there isn't an implicit sentiment negative or positive in a simple emoji necessarily, it can be contrary, like a vomit at something you find sickening, or it can be sympathetic, in a post about something sickening
either that, or just don't tag reported events with a reaction lol it's like, uh
