Any skin tricks? I got a flapper from doing some parkour bar swings that took me out of climbing for 10 days. Now my skin is all out of whack due to lack of use. I finally ripped the rest of the callus climbing yesterday back to flat skin, but boy my skin was hurting.

Also, I have wicked thin and sweaty tips, terrible for when I climb gneiss outside or indoor slopers.

I too suffer from sweat skin that rips like crazy. what I do is:

-Climb skin or climb on at night before I fall asleep!

-Learn to tape up(this is a life changer, Alex Megos has a live stream upload to his youtube explaining how he tapes up and it’s awsome)

-Sand your skin down, if there are bigger flakes I just get a razor blade and cut them off carefully (Just be careful to not overdo it, you want your skin as flat and smooth as possible, but you also don’t want to sand off too much)
