I think with the “legacy” media they are geared toward creating systems of feedback that help creators “monetise” quicker. I think that the mind shift with Nostr is to truly lean into “you doing you.” Any sort of monetisation or signal via zaps is literally gold. Any signal you get then is trending towards pure. You can’t game it. You also can’t conclude that Nostr is an abyss because there were “no impressions.” People MUST be reading your notes but for whatever reason they decided no further action was needed.
