This is how parties go in Northern Europe:

6PM-10PM: everybody is awkward and silent, afraid to approach and meet new people

*vodka enters the room*

10PM-3AM: I am the party 🔥

Basically, be patient and wait people to get drunk to make connections, as people don’t mingle or do small-talk here 💜
