Since my initial good experiences with nostr:npub18tcc00lqpysdsurg567dllzg7jeyr5wcyk2v6w23rx3s3ygyze2qv32nxx service I’ve had nothing but problems.
Can’t purchase gift cards with my credit card, getting an error that support can’t (yet) resolve.
Can’t add a debit card, getting an error that support can’t (yet) resolve.
Withdrawal via LN is failing every attempt.
I’ll post another update if anything changes but having no luck and service is unusable for me currently.
Hey BTC_P2P - we replied to your ticket about this to let you know our credit card processor is down. You can still use bitcoin payment methods in the meantime.
You never mentioned issues withdrawing via LN though and we're not having problems with this currently. Be sure you're using a lightning native wallet connected to a node with good liquidity - reach out to support to troubleshoot if you like as we're happy to help.
I did get the LN withdrawal to work and the issue was I was attempting to withdraw to Muun which isn’t LN functional in a high fee environment. So that was my fault and I was able to successfully withdraw to a LN native wallet shortly thereafter.
Credit card purchases still aren’t working for me though I just tried.
That makes sense re Muun! Glad you got that working.
We mentioned in our last post that credit card payments are down currently, so trying more will not yield a different result until its fixed. You can use bitcoin as a payment method in the meantime. We'll let you know via your support ticket when credit cards are working again.

Opening a channel with Phoenix when fees subside and I bought $500 in bitcoin on River (lowest fees) to spend on gift cards. Unfortunately I have to wait 6-20 days to withdraw.
