Whatever it is, light environmental seems to only be part of it.

His overfixation on light is annoying, just as his arrogance and rude behavior towards anyone with different conclusions. Still reading his publications though.

His attitude is actually proof that light environment is not enough, in and of itself, to produce the euphoric abundant energy state that the Ray Peat camp aspires to.

I don’t follow anything, I believe eventually you have to dive off the cliff and fully embrace the inherent intuitive faculties dwelling within us all. Not that I oppose experimenting with another’s conceived modality.

Everything that is nature is vital and building one’s capacity to work among it is vitality (euphoria).

He's on to something grand though.

Biology is not a fundamental science.

We "overfixate" on Bitcoin too for a reason.

I've been testing his words for myself and I gotta agree with them by how great I feel.

I first did carnivore for a year but it didn't impact me as much as the food gurus say it does. Without getting light/water/magnetism right it didn't do shit in comparison.

What I mean is that almost nothing is exclusive/ either/or. It's food, it's water, it's sun/light, it's sleep/rest, it's circadian rhythm, its mental/physical, meat/veggies, acidity/alkaline, etc.

Jack is arrogant and rude to just about anyone with the same conclusions 🤣 I kinda get a kick out of it tbh

I love how he doesn't waste time on ignorant idiots, especially on X. I could do with less rage and more nuance in his takes. Would make it easier to recommend his lessons.

Couldn't agree more

fruit till noon tho >>>>

I don't always go quite till noon, but it's a solid framework. been enjoying the results.

Look at those belly rolls.
