What’s the 1 thing you try to talk yourself into that you know isn’t the best for you? #AskNostr

Mine: that laying down for prolong periods of time is fine for my health. If I could just lay in bed, on grass, by a pool, on the beach (anywhere really) and do my work? I’d be so happy.

Reading a study from Norway about how problematic it is. My fav line: laying down is characterized with very low energy expenditure. <=that’s my dream tho! 💁🏽‍♀️💜
