Yeah sometimes I will drink tea instead of Coffee. I also quite like high % cocao dark chocolate. Once in a while I will be fully caffeine free but never for more than a few days. Maybe I should consider going cold Turkey.
Actually I forgot about energy drinks/pre-workout. Fuck caffeine is everywhere.
