As a Brazilian living in Brazil, it's extremely interesting to work for an American company. They pay me a half of would pay to a native professional and I make 3 times what I could make working for a Brazilian company and receiving in BRL. It's a win-win!
And I pay only 0,70% to bring the money to my country and pay around 3 or 4% in taxes as a contractor.
