## Chef's notes

There's no need to spend a ton of sats on a fancy sous vide machine. I use an Instant Pot wand and a container made for it you can find on Amazon for 54 inflation bucks( The 2026 model of inflation bucks).

## Details

- ⏲️ Prep time: 20 minutes

- 🍳 Cook time: 24 hours, 3 minutes

- 🍽️ Servings: 4

## Ingredients

- 2 lb pork shoulder

- salt and pepper

- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic

- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

- 2 tbs butter

- Avocado oil(for searing)

## Directions

1. Sous vide all ingredients on the bag(except Avocado oil)

2. cook for 24 hours

3. Remove pork from bag with tonsels.

4. Sear each side 1.5 minutes each.
