The good thing on Git is, developers usually already have a copy of their repo on their development machine. At least master, develop and their own branches.

That’s good news. One thing we learned on nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 is that nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s has code repo and his own git, and did not backup issues when we first looked. He does now. I suppose not all projects have active issue management, milestones, roadmap etc.
