I still believe it's how the traits are manifested. A woman could be psychotic but the fact that she's allowed to demonstrate it via over the top emotional behavior makes it less likely for her to be dangerous. Also socially encouraged masculine need for control lends itself to what we identify as psychotic behavior.

And....I'm not a professional so everything I just said is my opinion.
