Agreed. It forces me to slow down and actually think about what I’m saying. Still might come out stupid or crazy, but that’s the price of getting it out of my head

Yes. I’ll have an idea but arriving at a polished articulation takes a bit of time and mental energy.
I absolutely love the process of writing and figuring out how to communicate my thoughts. The evolution of my ideas along the way is priceless. And venting is a great byproduct of that that process.
