Im torn on this. I have family from Mexico and in my opinion Cartels have been one of the biggest, if not the primary reason, that nation cannot grow as prosperous as it's capable of being.

Throw on top of that how the Cartels have been actively affecting USA communities. It's an act of war.

Sad thing is we shouldn't do anything without México's participation or it is tantamount to invasion.
