Are brainwaves and all that sort of stuff pseudoscience or is it legitimate? You know this whole thing of being able to meditate and get into different brain states.

Stoners are always talking about this kind of shit, and although they are as friendly a bunch as you would like to meet, I never found them the most persuasive.
