So let's do a quick sitrep:

War in Ukraine - "border crisis"

War in Korea - "border crisis"

War in Armenia-Azerbaijan - " border crisis"

War in Kashmir - "border crisis"

War in Palestine - "border crisis"

War in Myanmar - "civil war"

War in America - "drug war"

War in China - "trade war"

War in the Congo - "border crisis"

Am I leaving any other conflicts out?

At what stage do we declare global war? Can we even do that?

It's more complex than that

It feels like global war

But it's more like global proxy war

There's other parts of Africa that are in a war with rebels/extremists/Isis

We're all in an information war

Which is an extension of the spy war

Border crisis isn't even enough to describe what's going on

And I think Haiti might still be in a not so civil class war (between those who have power and the poor - there isn't really an in-between)

Oh and Pakistan and India also have a border crisis

yeah Haiti is one to add. Pakistan/India that's Kashmir border crisis.

Indeed it is 5th gen warfare; hyper and multifaceted. Online must be a fucking shit show right now I can only imagine.
