WoT Relay v0.1.16: Retard List

The latest version of WoT Relay introduces a new .env variable called

`IGNORE_FOLLOWS_LIST`

You can input a comma delimited list of pubkeys who are too dumb to be trusted, and the relay will ignore their follows when building the web of trust graph. But since you still love them, they can still post to the relay.

I have already added several retards to my list on wss://wot.utxo.one

You can upgrade to the latest now

realy already doesn't send events in response to requests from authed users when it has the authed user's mute list and the author of the event in the results is authored by them
