Yes. I’ve learned that everyone is on their own journey in life. Nothing they’ve done has ever been personal to me. Instead, they are acting out of their own wounding and traumas. Many people I never want to deal with again and I’ve placed a boundary, but in my heart I have forgiven them, because I understand they are just hurt deep down.

Ultimately, they came into my life to teach me about myself, and for that lesson, I am thankful.
