Nobody will transfer Bitcoin into Binance to sell (because of SEC threat to freeze assets), but Binance is being forced to service customer withdrawals. Hence the high price of Bitcoin on Binance.

I don’t think all exchanges are currently insolvent, but at least one is! 🤣
