I mostly read notes on their profiles before tapping the follow button and then wait to see how they present. I will often engage and see how they reply. I just look for consistency. Sometimes I unfollow or mute but that is rare. I don’t have actual numbers but only a handful of the people I follow actually post anyway. I get the feeling many profiles are MIA.
