Here's something I don't get. I've seen reports from Argent and it looked like the majority kept their coin on exchanges instead of self custody. Is that true?

Back in 2015 I introduced a couple co-workers from Argentina to the tech and how to set up wallets. I hope they continued to self custody. Last time I spoke with them was in 2020 though.
