They will spend several years building a major position. Then use the 5 eyes coordinated legislation cohort to promote a hard fork around OFAC rules to 'clean up' Bitcoin. There will be a huge coercive charm offensive at first to try to win over as much of the network as possible. Their hope will be to split the network in half. They will then go full Orwellian against the original time chain which will either result in a global guerrilla war or capitulation and victory for JP Morgan.
