Crazy. I do think, and only based off personal experience and opinion, that carbs are good to have for most people, if you can regulate intake and focus only on high quality carbs. I always workout better when ive had some in the day.
I dare to guess you've never fully ketoadapted if you're always adding them. You might be undereating as well.

No, i havent. Carnivore was complex to try and implement. Does not rlly fit in with my current lifestyle
IME in reality it's easier than it looks. But if you can't take your own food to work or need fresh it could be really challenging, that's true.
