Does anybody have a solution to the spam call problem?
I get a minimum of 10 spam calls per day and an equal number of texts.
I tried robokiller and the no call list and the issue remains unsolved.
I am on call most days and the point of contact for my patients so must have my phone on at all times.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
Try this, it's what I use and it works good.
My data was compromised in the Ledger hack and still I receive spam on phone, email and once I got a physical letter..
Same. it may not work for you but I had to stop answering and let everything go to voicemail then converted to text.
After it’s verified I’ll call back.
Can you part with the number and reassign?
I used to answer calls immediately and hit the mute button as fast as possible. after a few times of doing that, the call frequency started decreasing. not sure if it forced them to mark my number as invalid or not, but I got less calls over time after
Sign up for a service that allows you to create a phone prompt.
Make it say something like "To reach ______, press 1."
If button is pressed, forward the call to your cell. Very few scammers will get through and you have wasted the effort of those who do.
You can port your current cell phone number to this online service. Get another number for your real line.
