Regarding East Palestine, Ohio; if my family was even close to the fall out, we are gone. Moving. I wouldn’t even care about the mortgage or the house, or my “credit”. My kids health is more important than my credit. I’m not saying this lightly. And that makes me wonder how many families are going to leave. It will crush the housing market in a huge swath of Ohio and surrounding areas. Could this credit event spark bigger delinquencies? A cascading event? I have to believe it will.
