The new CDCs announced for Lincolnshire are reported to be "NHS Operated" which I suppose is OK, but Skeggy is in the coast, which means half the population it covers is fish.

I suppose it could be done - they'd need veterinarians, though. (Cousin treated one of his koi. On a rock, in his backyard. I gather the fish survived. He *is* a veterinarian.)
