I have had a rough weekend (it was a long, holiday weekend in the US) that has brought about a few really big shifts in my plans for this year.

I'm only about 100 dirty dollars away from hitting the next big decimal in my stack. I'm contemplating smashing buy right now... But...

I have been convinced by two very good friends that is time to retire my current vehicle and I need to start the tedious search and saving for a new vehicle to replace it. When I have a goal, I tend to focus on it to the exclusion of other things, so, my desire to hit a decimal is in conflict with the desire to put fiat towards a very necessary expense of a new vehicle.

The $100 isn't the issue and I can afford to do that now, but... It's hard to let go and harder to explain.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a better day and that you are being mindful and grateful for the things that you have and I'm many cases the things that you don't.
