I have never seen a pious person born in a muslim land clamoring to move to America or England. Muslim countries are full of retards, but so are western countries. Muslim countries like those in Africa have much lower IQs than northern European or eastern Asian countries, so you see lots of idiots, but they're also much more immune to western propaganda.
