I do worry a lot of cypherpunks are not ready for a true power struggle. I often hear them speak of writing code and staying away from violence to change over power from the current elites to us cypherpunks. While I do believe this is a noble endeavor, we still need to be ready for a violent response from the current elites. All they know is violence, you think they’ll go down without a violent fight? I don’t see it personally
