i think it will pass. they tryin from last year also in Netherlands and Belgium if im not wrong only those countries. Let me post you some photos to see what they tryin to do last winter on the place where i used to live .

of course it will pass. There is no more constitution. there is the crowd and law makers in the pockets of lobbyists and the industrial complex lead by the EU and their puppets.
