Yes, but those are already invited right? If you don't invite them you wont get money, if you do, you will get money. So nothing changes right?

Not always. But yes, there must be an agreement somewhere that they agree to that rate. And that agreement can also be on nostr.

That only works if you can enforce it. So if the zap is never paid, what advantage gives it over the usualethods that you use to let them pay?

Most of the time you can enforce. And if you loose, you loose. That's the risk of running things as a contractor. That never happened to me, for instance.

Also, I understood it differently, like billing people directly after the call, as if the billing process was part of the call process itself.
