I'm not sure I'd do a giant tongue like this unless that's what you or whoever wants, I'm thinking just a small one inside the mouth. Tricky, no. A bit tedious because of the pieces, yes. All the spikes and hands are made separately and then sewn on. The size depends on yarn and hook combo.
