Note the self-restock on flavored salt of the earth packs.
All I have left are the unflavored ones. And when I have an unexplained headache that won't go away, they usually do the trick. But the unflavored ones are so fucking nasty. 🤣

I've never heard of it but I might give it a try. Sounds super good. Looks a little expensive so probably worth it
They're probably the best natural electrolyte packs I've ever used. I use them pretty consistently when I'm backpacking.
The Unflavored onez just suck. 😅
I had some of those from LMNT. I found some lemon made it a bit more tolerable lol enjoy the seawater😂ðŸ˜
