Ya know how we all cheered for the "Strategic #Bitcoin Reserve"? How are they going to do that?

Buying a million btc will make it worth millions of $ and enable countries to trade unencumbered by the USD. The USD then collapses, along with American standard of living. They won't do this.

So what will they do? And why is the IRS getting bitcoiners to tell them they have bitcoin?
