Well try to explain it in a detailed way . maybe we can think of something to replace all working parts of uber.

There are three parts the driver, the client and the company with its central server. The client requests a ride, the server finds the nearest driver, sends the request. The driver accepts and go pick the client.

Nostr profile stores all driver data and thus should be stored on the client itself. For easy portability to other services.
for chats, we might be able to use organic maps street map to filter chatrooms based on map area. (there probably is a way to identify this mapdata and thus to tie a chat to it.)
+ emergency signal on map real time if needed. The "company" should immeadiately contact police and help monitor it.
paying could be done via lightning altough it can be pretty much money sometimes so it might asswell be in bitcoin/cash ;) rather cash as those tankstations dont deserve btc. And the driver should maybe pay a little fee to the organization.
maybe seperate hardware nostr devices are better suited for this.
