Yep, i am thinking on making a sticky option in the auto-translation text choices in the bottom of the tweet. If you choose one, it will always show that one in subsequent tweets, but you can always change.

So, for Spanish to English, you can click Spanish and all subsequent messages with open in Spanish first, with the English option available to click.
