My friend got dumped by her bf π Understandably she didn't feel like clubbing. I'm just going to chill with a book on immunology and relax. Been a long week!
Immunology? My favorite subject. I did research project where I injected bioluminescent bacteria into moths to make them glow. Fun times π
Yeah. I knew nothing about it so I bought Janeway 10th edition after talking to Amanda about a week ago. Now that I got some time I'm going to flip though the pages. Lots of really nice colorful pictures π reading about CD8+/CD4+ t-cells... kinda.
It is fascinating to learn how the body can produce various enzymes to protect itself from all sorts of diseases. π

I know it sounds cheesy but I kinda enjoyed the first one. Somebody here recommended that I see the Movie "Fight Club" last week. I had just recommended Chuck Palahniuk books. Damn the movie was better then the book!
Thereβs moreβ¦ Every time you watch it you will see more things. There is hidden gems in the movie, secrets... I wont spoil π₯· The book is also great but very different.
I noticed when The Narrator first saw Marla Singer that there was a quick flash of Tyler durden. Then again and again. So many clues throughout the movie and yet it wasn't obvious π

Yes I have been following the topic since a while. I was super into UFOs when I was a kid but then grow up a bit of a skeptic and also scientifically trained so felt conflicted about the topic for a while. But yes itβs crazy cool - and actually a bit scary too π my hot take: those are not aliens from another planet or star system. If youβre in for another suggestion - Hunt for the skinwalker by Jeremy Corbell. Very very cool

chinese is great :) i'm cooking stew with potatos, golden lentils, a pound of beef, long grain basmati rice, ginger, red pepper, black pepper, sea salt, and half a pound of peas. gonna watch an old timey movie of some sort later. :)
