I once invited some friends from Minneapolis over for supper.
I cooked steaks on the grill, had 10 kinds of beer, but thought "oh no, what will I do for a vegetable?"
All I had was two packs of corndogs in the freezer. It had to be good enough.
I serve supper as soon as they arrive. They sit down and I bring it out from the kitchen.
Turns out they were vegetarians.
