@DavidHarlan3 @JohnJrusko @AshaRangappa_ People who grow up constantly hearing "Too Young!!!" "Not responsible!!" "Immature!!!" "Not old enough yet" actually internalize that and become what they are told that they are. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Trusting and encouraging would produce much better results.
