I have family on opposing sides of the #immigration / #ICE thing.
1) there is a real problem he's trying to fix; and
2) there is a real problem with how he's trying to fix it

Having gone through the proper channels of US immigration, it may be hard and expensive, but well worth it.
Having come on different visas, they actually have a list of things I'd need to say I haven't done. The first time I was pretty sure I was good, but they ask about money laundering, and before I got the 2nd visa, I realized I'd accidentally left a $20 bill in a pocket when I did laundry, so I wasn't sure how to answer that question after that. I mean, I mean, I didn't launder money in the illegal term, but in the physical, and there is no clear distinction on their form, so I was as truthful as I could, picking the illegal option as what the question was referring to. 😅
