Why can I not send more than 9999 sats on primal wallet?

Getting error “over maximum amount”

Checked settings and it says I can keep or send up to 1 million.

What am I doing wrong?

not sure

but I had previously set up amethyst with mutiny but while trying out primal it seems primal overrode those settings...

any ideas?
